Who Are We?
Wear Valley Landlords Association (WVLA) is a small association of landlords letting residential properties in the County Durham area. Established in 1999 we have approximately 30 members letting over 150 properties in the Wear Valley, Sedgefield and Darlington areas.

Where Do We Meet?

We meet every second month on the second Tuesday at Wear Valley District Council offices in Crook, County Durham on the 4th floor at 7:00pm. Anyone wishing to join the Association is welcome to attend the first meeting with no obligation. The meeting lasts approximately one hour and is regularly attended by guest speakers.
